Polycrystaline Diamond (PCD)-Tipped Drills Standard PCD twist drills are supplied in HSS shanks in jobbers' drill lengths in metric,
letter, wire gage, and fractional Dias. from 3/32" to 1-1/16".

Larger diameter drills area also
available. PCD can also be attached to your shanks or can be supplied on any other drill
shanks that are available on the market (i.e. stub, taper, aircraft, flute, or tungsten carbide.)
• Ideal for drilling composites and plastics.
• Less downtime, especially on multiple spindles or gang drills.
• Popular for aircraft and automotive applications.
• Gun and spade drills can be diamond-tipped for deep holes.

Note: Standard Jobber's length HSS shanks provided. Other sizes, configurations or
materials quoted on request.
