Formed Dressing Tools |

 |
These shaped diamond tools contain gem quality diamonds
of the proper size to efficiently do your work.
The diamonds are selected under a microscope, oriented
in the proper grain direction in the tool and are
polished to the correct shape. The have sharp edges
to resist wear and they are securely mounted for
long life. Order by catalog number and include specs
listed for your particular tool.

These diamond tools are manufactured for shaping
many abrasive materials; as found in grinding wheels,
refractories, fiberglass products, carbon products,
etc. Any of these standard tools can be redesigned
to fit your exact requirements at very little, if
any, additional cost. Each tool is manufactured
with its own special matrix incorporating the correct
diamond size, shape and quality for the intended

set in a tough wear resistant metal bond. Diameters

Diamond Tools for Resurfacing Wheel Sides |

Proven tools of long life, used in matched sets
in rotary surface grinders, for "siding"
grinding wheels and resurfacing ball grinding wheels.
Shanks fit 1" hole, are 1-5/8" long, have
3/8-16 threaded hole and set screw flat. Diamond
section is 7/16" x 7/8". These tools can
easily be made to fit your exact requirements.
